Dave has led numerous business and organizational strategy initiatives in
healthcare, financial services and technology. Organizations that have benefited
through collaboration with Dave include include Ascension Health, Fidelity, HCA,
Pfizer, Anthem, Health Care Service Corporation (the parent company of Blue
Cross Blue Shield of IL, TX and NM), and numerous early to mid-stage
venture-backed healthcare and technology companies. His broad experiences
have provided him with a unique ability to offer Boards and senior leaders
incisive and practical advice that has served to accelerate the realization of
solutions to complex business, talent and organizational issues. In addition to
his business skills, Dave is a former professional musician having performed
since the age of 12. His passion for helping and ability to connect with everyone
combined with his unique gift of quickly understanding people and processes
ensures that there is no process that is too complicated for him to decipher.
As Managing Consultant, Deb is passionate about helping clients better
understand their brand and market strategy through both qualitative and
quantitative research. Her work has led to insights that paved the way to
improving recruitment and retention for several large healthcare organizations
including Capital Blue Cross, Healthcare Service Corp, Aetna, and InteliStaf.
She’s also worked with companies such as Sears, Jockey, Home Depot and
Kraft and was instrumental in new product ideation, concept positioning and new
product launch projects for Kraft Bologna, It’s Pasta Anytime, Ritz Chips, and the
Sears Gift Card.
Deb is a marathon runner, triathlete, and practices yoga and pilates. She’s not
